HG Insurance is the former Castlegar Savings Insurance that changed its name in 2010. The insurance outlet occupies the same building as StellerVista Credit Union formerly Heritage Credit Union but is a stand-alone certification. Recently HG became a wholly owned subsidiary of Growth Financial, which is 50% owned by StellerVista Credit Union. HG employs 10 USW members.
